Design & Technology at Luttons Primary Academy

At Luttons, our Design and Technology curriculum empowers children to become the innovators and problem-solvers of tomorrow. We foster Courage by challenging pupils to take creative risks with their ideas and Perseverance as they navigate the “trial and error” of the design process, turning setbacks into solutions. Our pupils show Respect for materials, tools, and the diverse perspectives of their peers, while practicing Kindness through collaborative teamwork and designing products that improve the lives of others. By the time they leave us, our children are skilled, reflective makers equipped with a “can-do” attitude and the determination to shape a better world.
